Walking a labyrinth is a contemplative tool designed to assist the individual with quieting the mind, releasing and renewing.
Local to the Inland Empire, join
Sarah Patterson, a self declared
labyrinth seeker, for bi-monthly hosted mediation walks.
One way in, one way out- the simplicity of the walk is a journey for any overactive mind. Flat terrain, surrounded by nature, the labyrinth is located at a private residence. Join the next gathering:
Summer Meditation Walk

Gather virtually, on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday evening of the month for 90-minutes of creative exploration to experience calm, renewal and support through community.
Open to anyone on a cancer journey, whether newly diagnosed, in treatment or celebrating remission.
Caregivers are always welcome.
Suggested supply lists available,
all engagements can be adapted and require no artistic ability.
FREE for anyone affiliated with an approved Cancer Resource Agency.
